His interdisciplinary studies align with Leitmotiv's focus areas. He aims to use his skills to raise awareness about current challenges. In his free time he enjoys game development, drawing, and hiking.

Jessica brings over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, having started her career at a large regional data center. As an experienced Project Manager, she specializes in digital projects with expertise in IT infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives. Her background extends to marketing, communications, and podcast production. She is dedicated to creating impactful digital solutions.

Max is a leading digital policy expert and Founder of Leitmotiv. With 15 years of industry experience and deep technical expertise, he helps shape the future of digital infrastructure, market design, and complex systems. As a speaker and facilitator, he combines strategic analysis with independent thinking to embed human values in digital systems and advocate for systemic change that serves both people and planet.

Syed brings experience in Data Center Facilities and Operations while pursuing a master's in electrical system engineering at University of Paderborn. As a strategy analyst at SDIA, he conducts research on data centers and funding projects, supports application preparation, performs analysis and data gathering, creates presentation materials, and assists with strategic initiatives.

Zuzana is a Program Manager leading efforts to embed sustainability, transparency, and local impact into the digital infrastructure sector. She works closely with colleagues to brainstorm what works, test new ideas, and continuously redesign the program to create real-world impact. With a background in International Political Economy and European Studies, she enjoys connecting the dots between policy, research, and industry to drive change.

As Editor-in-Chief and Junior Communications Specialist, Zuzana handles the communication channels and the sound of our thought with attention and care. She is also a Research Master’s student of Media studies at the University of Amsterdam, interested in the broader effects that AI and social media platforms have on our societies, governmentality, and everyday life. Also a fan of phone-free walks and (analog) photography.
